Bare Ends Soaps: Review and Giveaway

Like any girl, I love yummy smelling soap and lotion that makes my skin feel silky smooth. So naturally I was so excited when Brycee contacted me about her homemade, organic products at Bare Ends Soaps. Brycee sent me a bar soap, lotion bars, and natural deodorants from her Bare Ends Soaps Skin Care Line, and I couldn't use these products fast enough!

Something I really appreciated when these products arrived was the simple packaging. This may sound like an odd thing to appreciate, but I don't like the idea of paying extra for fancy tissue paper and ribbons that I am just going to throw away. I want quality products, and that is exactly what I received from Bare Ends Soaps.

Bar soap: This soap is so freshly scented and is just an all-around great product. Unlike the sticky residue you sometimes feel from commercial soaps, this soap left my skin feeling moisturized and softly exfoliated thanks to the added rolled oats in the bar. Fun fact: lavender is known as the mother of medicinal oils and is great when you need to release some tension and relax.

Lotion bars: All of these products are wonderful, but these bars deserve their own blog. They. are. amazing. Not only were the scents earthy and refreshing, but yall, I don't know if my skin has ever felt softer. I don't say that lightly at all. These deep conditioning lotion bars are perfect for dry skin and soak into pores quickly, making it ideal for every day use.

Natural Deodorants: I'll admit, I was skeptical about this product because it appeared to have the consistency of a creamy moisturizer. Not true. These natural deodorants feel like an exfoliator when applied under your arms, and the scents are once again light and refreshing. Apply a small amount to your underarms daily and you're good to go. Fun fact: these natural deodorants have been infused with Calendula flower, which has been known to heal minor wounds. As someone who gets razor burn irritation from time to time, this news could not have been sweeter.

These products use organic and vegan ingredients, and they are animal-cruelty free. Not only can you feel good about the products you are using, but your skin will be thanking you. I was so impressed with the quality of these skin care products. The homemade touch made them feel so personalized, and any of these products would make such thoughtful gifts (to others or yourself!).

So guess what?!?

Brycee has so graciously agreed to giveaway a full size Goddess bar soap and a full size Lavender Lemon deodorant, but that's not all! Anchors Aweigh readers can enjoy 10% off at her Etsy site for the next 30 days. Enter code ANCHOR10 at checkout.

Disclosure: I was given these products free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
