Rocky Road Haystacks

This little treat was the brainchild of the "use everything in the pantry" mentality. I really like rocky road and haystacks are some of the simplest things to make on the planet, so naturally I loved these. If you're looking for a quick dessert that doesn't involve many dishes or much effort, give these rocky road haystacks a try!

Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups marshmallows

Directions:
1. Place your chocolate chips in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until the chocolate is completely melted.
2. Add chow mein noodles, pecans, and marshmallows to chocolate and stir until everything is evenly coated.
3. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate mixture on a lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for an hour to set and serve!

See, easy peasy! Enjoy!
