Spring Has Sprung In My Closet

I don't think I have ever been more excited for Spring in my life. I've probably already complained about the long, cold winter enough on this blog (apologies), so I'll spare you from more of that. Just know that Spring and warm weather are basically on par with Christmas right now in my book. Flowers are blooming, the sun is shining... it may have taken an eternity to get here, but Spring has indeed arrived.

Darla loves Spring too
One of my favorite parts of Spring is the cute clothes that come with it. Shorts, sundresses, tank tops... ahh, wardrobe heaven. I really hate pants, and I will wear shorts when it's 40 degrees outside just so I don't have to.

Spring is a season, but it's really a feeling for me. I am happier when it's warm outside. I want to work out and eat healthier when Spring rolls around. I want to clean the house, which is amazing because I never want to clean. I just want to be a better version of me.

Another thing I love about Spring is the smells. Flowers bloom and grass is mowed and I just want to take it all in. Since I can't be outside 24/7 to enjoy all of this, I think I found a way to keep it feeling like Spring everywhere. I picked up Suavitel® Fragrance Pearls and Suavitel® Liquid Fabric Conditioner in my favorite Spring scents to make my clothes smell as wonderful as this season makes me feel. I chose Soothing Lavendar for the fragrance pearls and Field Flowers for the fabric softener. Let me tell ya, my clothes smell amazing. They are in-wash scent boosters with 5x longer-lasting fragrance.

I am by no means a fashion blogger (I don't think you can be a fashion blogger when you wear work-out clothes 5 days out of the week), but I love cute clothes and dressing up. In honor of Spring, I thought I would show you four easy-to-achieve Spring looks for every occasion.

Outfit #1: This is great for an afternoon activity. I wore this for mini-golfing with friends and it was perfect.

Shirt: Gap
Shorts: Gap
Shoes: Tory Burch

Outfit #2: This is a casual/cute look perfect for lunch with girlfriends, a day of shopping, or a day date with your better half.

Shirt: Gap
Shorts: J Crew
Necklace: Walmart (only $5!)
Hat: Old Navy
Shoes: Tory Burch

Outfit #3: This is a slightly dressier look that can be worn for the same occasions as outfit #2. I blame Parker (my gracious photographer) for the cheesy smell-the-flower picture.

Dress: Old Navy
Hat: Old Navy
Necklace: Kendra Scott
Shoes: Tory Burch

Outfit #4: This is the perfect dress for Easter Sunday, a nice dinner date, or a special occasion. I wore this to Parker's squadron party last week and it was perfect!

Dress: Target
Shoes: Target
Necklace: Kendra Scott

I like to buy a lot in the same color scheme so I can repeat accessories. The Tory Burch sandals I am wearing in the first three outfits go with 99% of my wardrobe. The hat I am wearing in the middle two outfits is something that will match a lot of my Spring clothes, so I knew I would get a lot of wear out of it. The Kendra Scott necklace in the last two outfits is a classic white, so it matches nearly everything. I think you get more bang for your buck when you buy classic, universal pieces that can be worn again and again.

So those are my Spring outfits! Thanks to Suavitel® Fragrance Pearls, they smell amazing and just like Spring! If you want your clothes to smell amazing too, here is where you can find these pearls at Walmart:

What are your go-to outfits for Spring? One thing that's not pictured but that I am obsessed with is the romper!

I love that dress from Target! I could never pull off something floral like that, but it looks great on you. :) I am so glad spring is finally here too, but my allergies aren't. Haha!

Your spring outfits are so cute! Practically all I wear these days are work outfits or sweats.

cute cute outfits, that blue dress is so pretty!

I'm with you, give me some shorts and easy pull on dresses and I'm a happy lady!

SO so so pretty, Chelsea! I have no fashion sense, whatsoever, and I have no idea how to dress like a fashionable mom now haha I guess I need to learn!

"I want to be a better version of me." YES! Something about spring rolling around gives me motivation. I'm productive in everything...my health, my friendships, my dogs, my food choices, my working out, my organization, my household work, etc.
PS. You're adorable!!!

We have a similar taste in clothes, so I obviously love everything you are wearing! I too buy in the same general color palette. I find it is so much easier to make more out of my closet that way. Instead of having an item that will only go with ONE outfit. Biggest bang for your buck!
